Health App Mockup.

Here is a mockup that I did for a heath app. Below is the home page. Here you can see the patient’s profile, health conditions, medications that they take and the doctors that fit there needs in their area. You also have the activity, sleep and test result sections. In this mockup the activity section is selected and it shows a more detailed view. If you select another tile it will open and show more details.
